Terms & Conditions

• Appointments are subject to availability and may change for parts, staffing, or safety reasons.
• Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if additional faults/parts are identified.

• Prices are shown or confirmed before work proceeds; any changes will be discussed first.
• Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve ownership of parts until paid in full.

• Provide accurate vehicle information and disclose known issues/modifications.
• Remove personal belongings before handover; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Ensure sufficient fuel and that the vehicle is roadworthy enough to be tested unless otherwise agreed.

We may use OEM or high-quality equivalent parts. Special-order parts may be non-returnable; deposits for such parts are non-refundable once ordered.

• No liability for pre-existing faults, underlying issues, or consequential losses (e.g. loss of use, hire cars, lost earnings) unless required by law.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Vehicles not collected within a reasonable time after completion may accrue daily storage charges; we will make reasonable attempts to contact you first. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges; special-order parts are non-refundable.
